Standard shipping takes 7 to 12 business days after dispatch. Personalised items take up to 4 to 7 business days from order to dispatch (1–2 days of processing plus 3–5 days of production; many best sellers ship within 1–2), and other pieces ship within 2 to 3 business days. What is your return policy?
Quality problems are covered for 60 days from delivery on both non-personalised and personalised jewellery, with IfShe paying return and replacement shipping. Non-personalised jewellery, including moss agate and moissanite, can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery for a full refund; other non-personalised pieces can then be returned for 80% of the item price or exchanged with no deduction up to 60 days. Personalised pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind; cancelling after personalisation work has started and before dispatch costs the lower of 50% of the amount paid for the item (excluding shipping) and our reasonable unrecoverable loss. Is sterling silver hypoallergenic?
