60-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every piece of IfShe jewelry. If something is not exactly as you expected, you have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Please review the options below to see which solution applies to you.

1. Full-Coverage Returns & Exchanges (We cover all costs)

We will gladly replace the item — or refund the full purchase price — if any of the following occur:

  • You received the wrong product or SKU.
  • The item arrived damaged, misshapen or defective.
  • The product delivered differs from what you ordered (style, color, engraving, etc.).

No postage fees, restocking fees or hidden charges will be applied. Replacements are shipped via the same service level chosen at checkout.

2. Standard Returns & Exchanges (Customer pays one-way shipping)

The following situations are also covered by our 60-day policy; however, shipping the item back to us is the customer’s responsibility:

  • You selected an incorrect size, length or personalization option.
  • You changed your mind for personal reasons (style preference, duplicate gift, etc.).

Items returned for these reasons must be in new, unworn condition and include all original packaging. A restocking fee is not applied unless noted under Personalized Items below.

3. Situations Not Covered

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges when:

  • The product has been exposed to corrosive substances or harsh chemicals (e.g. liquid silver polish, chlorine, hot tubs, spas).
  • The item shows damage caused by misuse, accidental impact, or improper storage/care.
  • Normal oxidation/dulling of silver has occurred (easily removed with the enclosed polishing cloth).

4. How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Submit a support ticket. Include your order number and clear photos illustrating any quality issues.
  2. Follow the instructions from our Customer Care team. We normally reply within one business day.
  3. Ship the item back. Use the return address provided. Please obtain a tracking number for peace of mind.

Returns are processed within 3 business days of arrival at our facility. Refunds post to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Cancellation & Special Item Policy

  • Personalized & Custom Pieces: Because these items are made just for you, they can only be returned or refunded if defective. Cancellations after an order is placed will incur a 50 % restocking fee once production has begun.
  • Lost or Mis-delivered Packages: If the carrier loses or mis-delivers a package despite the correct address, we will send a free replacement via the original shipping method.
  • Incorrect Address Entered by Customer: Replacement items and additional postage are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are not available when a parcel is returned to us for this reason.
  • Express Shipping: Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped. Any replacement orders are sent via standard delivery.
