Is this a clinical / therapy substitute?
No — and we say so on the cover, in the workbook itself, in the README, in the Setup Guide, and in the crisis resources page. This is a structured self-help workbook for wedding-specific stress. If your anxiety is constant, your sleep is collapsing, or you are having thoughts of harming yourself, please see a licensed mental health professional. We list NAMI, Crisis Text Line, 988 (US), Samaritans, NHS, and SHOUT (UK), plus the IASP international directory, in the workbook.
Will my workbook content stay private?
Yes. The PDF and spreadsheet are downloaded directly to your device. Nothing is synced to any cloud, nothing is emailed to ifshe, nothing is analyzed. This is the rare wellness tool that does not phone home. You can write the hard truths here.
I am not anxious enough for this — is it still for me?
If you have ever been awake at 2am because of a seating chart, or had a hard family conversation about the wedding you wanted to skip, this is for you. You do not have to have a diagnosis. The workbook is built for the stress that is part of wedding planning itself, not just for crisis moments.
I bought your Wedding Budget Tracker or Vow Workbook. Is this different enough to add?
Yes — completely different use case. Budget Tracker is for cash. Vow Workbook is for what you will say at the altar. This is for everything happening inside you while you plan those two things. Many couples use Budget Tracker 8-18 months out, Vow Workbook 4-8 weeks out, and this workbook for the 4-12 weeks right before the wedding when the family logistics and the self-image start to spiral.
How long does it take?
The full 4-week rhythm is roughly 20 minutes a day. But you can skip the order — if tonight feels like a 9 out of 10, jump straight to page 14 (Coping Script: The 2am Spiral). The workbook is designed for the hard moments, not the linear reader.
I am LGBTQ+ / in an interfaith / blended-family wedding. Will this fit?
Yes. We deliberately wrote the scripts to be culturally and structurally neutral — partner not fiance, your parents or your partner's, no presumed religion in the family templates. The Cultural / Religious Tradition Pressure script (Family #4) is explicitly built for couples navigating in-law expectations that do not match where you and your partner have landed.
Can my partner use it too?
Yes. Single household use — both partners can fill out separate Anxiety Maps and compare, or share one. The family communication scripts work whether you or your partner is having the conversation. Many couples use the post-wedding Section 6 together.
What does the bonus Pre-Ceremony Grounding Plan look like?

Refunds and UK consumer cancellation rights
Because the files are delivered instantly, refunds aren't available on digital downloads once your email has arrived. By placing the order you agree to immediate access and waive the 14-day cancellation right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (regulations 28(1)(b) and 36(2)). Why we made this.
Hi, I'm Beck — I run IfShe, a small jewelry studio designing wedding and personalized pieces for couples across the US and UK.
Most of what we make is jewelry. But every so often we run into the same gap our brides are stuck inside — a part of wedding planning that no tool seems to do well for the modern couple. So we sit down with a few of those brides and build the thing we wished they'd had a year earlier.
This is one of those builds. Made carefully, in the same studio voice as the jewelry, so that everything you get from us reads like one cohesive whole — from the engagement ring through to the planning tools you'll actually use the week before the wedding.
