The heart is 5 mm across, small enough to read as a single point of colour at the base of the throat rather than as a statement. What lifts it above a plain solitaire is the frame: a ring of tiny silver beads set all the way around the stone, a milgrain-style edge that picks up light on its own.
The chain is a satellite style, a fine curb chain with small round beads spaced along its length, so there is a little shimmer running the whole way round instead of only at the pendant. It adjusts between 15.7 and 17.7 inches and the whole necklace weighs 2.65 g.
