A young shoot with two leaves on it, which is about as literal as a botanical design gets - and it works because the leaves are real moss agate rather than green enamel.
Each marquise is cut from natural agate and set in a slim silver bezel: a smaller leaf branching high on the stem, a larger one hanging at the end. The green inside each leaf grew that way, so the two leaves on one earring are not even the same as each other.
