Quality problems are covered for 60 days from delivery on both non-personalised and personalised jewellery, with IfShe paying return and replacement shipping. Non-personalised online orders retain the statutory 14-day cancellation right. For a customer cancellation or customer-entered error after personalisation work has already been carried out for your order, our separate voluntary arrangement deducts the lower of 50% of the amount actually paid for the affected item (excluding shipping) and our reasonable unrecoverable loss; return postage is paid by the customer.
