Dispatch & Delivery
Every parcel is fully tracked. As soon as your order leaves our workshop you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number and an estimated arrival date.
Processing Time
- Average: 1–2 business days
- Ready-to-ship favourites: dispatched within 1–2 business days
- Engraved or bespoke pieces: 1–3 business days from order to dispatch, including processing and production
If your order contains multiple items, everything is dispatched together once the final piece is ready.

Transit time begins once your order has been dispatched. The purchaser is responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may arise during shipment.
Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time = time before dispatch (including processing and production) + transit time.
