Questions before you download
A few things people ask first.
Does this open in Google Sheets, or do I need Excel?
Both. The file ships as XLSX (Excel's native format). Drop it into Google Drive and Sheets converts it for free in about 10 seconds — every formula, currency conversion, and contributor split keeps working. If you already use Excel, just open and go.
Which four currencies does it support?
USD, GBP, EUR, and CAD by default. The FX rates are a single editable row — change them once and the whole sheet re-totals. If you need a different currency, swap the row label and rate and it still works.
What if our wedding has only two contributors, not five?
Use only the columns you need and leave the rest at zero. The math still totals correctly. The five-way structure is the upper bound, not a requirement.
Will this work on my phone?
The Mobile tab is built for phone-screen check-ins — 4 columns, no horizontal scroll, all the day-to-day numbers you actually need on the go. The full nine-tab sheet works on a phone too, but it's designed for laptop / tablet use.
Is this a one-time purchase?

How is this different from the free 12-Month Wedding Planning Checklist?
The free checklist is a printable PDF of what-to-do-when milestones. This tracker is the live spreadsheet that handles the money side — multi-currency, multi-contributor, month-by-month cash flow. Many couples use both: the checklist for time, the tracker for money.
Refunds and UK consumer cancellation rights
Because the files are delivered instantly, refunds aren't available on digital downloads once your email has arrived. By placing the order you agree to immediate access and waive the 14-day cancellation right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (regulations 28(1)(b) and 36(2)). Why we made this.
Hi, I'm Beck — I run IfShe, a small jewelry studio designing wedding and personalized pieces for couples across the US and UK.
I built this tracker because I kept seeing the same pattern with brides who'd ordered engagement rings from us: the spreadsheet they were using didn't quite speak their reality. Their wedding involved family contributions, two currencies (parents abroad), and a budget that had to flex monthly rather than sit as a single number. Most templates I tried failed one of those three tests.
So I sat down with a few brides and built the thing I wished they'd had a year earlier — multi-currency, multi-contributor, with a real month-by-month cash-flow view.
