What is your return policy?
Quality problems are covered for 60 days from delivery on both non-personalised and personalised jewellery, with IfShe paying return and replacement shipping. Non-personalised jewellery, including moss agate and moissanite, can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery for a full refund; other non-personalised pieces can then be returned for 80% of the item price or exchanged with no deduction up to 60 days. Personalised pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind; cancelling after personalisation work has started and before dispatch costs the lower of 50% of the amount paid for the item (excluding shipping) and our reasonable unrecoverable loss. Is sterling silver hypoallergenic?
Skin reactions vary, and ‘hypoallergenic’ does not mean reaction-free for everyone. Alloy components and plating can vary by product. Check the individual product page and contact us with the item number (SKU) before ordering if you have known metal sensitivities.
