Christmas 2026 order-by dates

Two numbers decide whether a personalised gift lands under the tree: how long we need to make it and how long the post needs to carry it. Both are stated on every product page, and together they give this cut-off for delivery by 24 December.

• Standard tracked delivery: order by Thursday 26 November. Making takes up to 4–7 working days, delivery 7–12 working days.
• Free UK delivery applies to orders over £79, so two gifts from this page usually ship free.

If you are past that date, the safest choices are pieces that need no engraving, which we can dispatch faster; message us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.

Who are you buying for?

The same four kinds of personalisation suit different people. Use this as a first filter, then open the matching collection for the full range.

• Mum or nan: a birthstone for each child or grandchild, names engraved alongside. Start with personalised necklaces for mum or necklaces for grandma.
• Partner: a photo projection pendant with a picture of the two of you, or a pair of matching couple bracelets with your initials and a date.

Getting the personalisation right

1. Check the spelling and the date twice. Engraving is done exactly as typed, and personalised pieces cannot be exchanged for a change of mind.
2. Use a sharp, well-lit photo for projection pieces. A close crop of one or two faces projects far better than a group shot.
3. Confirm ring size before ordering with our ring size converter. Adjustable rings in this collection are marked as such and sidestep the problem.

Prices, packaging and returns

Most pieces on this page sit between £30 and £50. A gift box can be added on the product page for most pieces. UK delivery is free over £79. Non-personalised pieces can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, or up to 60 days for 80% of the item price or an exchange with no deduction (moss agate and moissanite: 14 days only); engraved and photo pieces are made for one person and are exchanged only if they arrive faulty or not as ordered, in which case we remake or refund at our cost.

Materials

Many pieces use 925 sterling silver; others use stainless steel, copper alloy or leather, named on each product page. Where a design is shown in gold or rose gold, that is a plated finish over the silver base and is described as such on the product page. Stones are natural moss agate, lab-created gemstones or moissanite, named individually on each listing.
