You can cancel earrings, including jewellery sets that contain earrings, within 14 days of delivery under your statutory right to cancel. When trying them on, please do not put them through your ear piercing: that goes beyond what is needed to examine them, and the law allows us to reduce the refund by any loss in value this causes.
