What is your return policy for earrings?
60-day quality promise on every piece: if earrings arrive damaged, faulty or not as ordered, we replace or refund them and pay the shipping. You can cancel earrings, including jewellery sets that contain earrings, within 14 days of delivery under your statutory right to cancel. When trying them on, please do not put them through your ear piercing: that goes beyond what is needed to examine them, and the law allows us to reduce the refund by any loss in value this causes. Is sterling silver hypoallergenic?
Skin reactions vary, and ‘hypoallergenic’ does not mean reaction-free for everyone. Alloy components and plating can vary by product. Check the individual product page and contact us with the item number (SKU) before ordering if you have known metal sensitivities.
