A single open heart, traced in tiny cubic zirconia, sitting on top of a slim polished band. On each shoulder, right where the band meets the heart, sits a birthstone - and beside each stone, a name.

The ring is made in three layouts, shown in the photos: two stones on one band, four stones on a split double band, or six stones on a triple band. Each extra pair of stones adds one more band, so the ring grows from a delicate 2 mm stacker to an 8 mm wide family piece while the 10 mm heart stays the same. Every round stone is 2 mm in a low bezel, and every name takes up to 8 characters.

• 2, 4 or 6 birthstones: choose the layout first, then pick a month for each stone from the twelve simulated birthstones.
• A name beside every stone: up to 8 characters each, laser engraved along the band.
• Open pave heart: 10 mm wide, one row of clear cubic zirconia around the outline.
• Grows with the family: single band 2 mm, double band about 6 mm, triple band about 8 mm across the top.

How the ordering works: pick your layout first (2, 4 or 6 stones - every two extra stones add £3), then fill in Stone 1 and Name 1, Stone 2 and Name 2, and so on. Only fill the extra Stone and Name fields for the layout you chose - the others stay blank. Names are engraved exactly as you type them, spelling and capitals included.
